Maureen Novotne is our Office Manager and insurance processor. She is a former environmental engineer and homeschooler of 2 children, so she has both great attention to detail and patience necessary to expertly run our office and deal with insurance billing. Maureen will be glad to help you with any billing and insurance concerns. Dr. Steve feels extremely fortunate to have her in his life as both wife and office manager.

David, our friendly receptionist, is ready to assist you in person and over the phone. David works hard to schedule your appointments at a time that works best for you. He looks forward to greeting you and making your chiropractic visit as simple as possible. When not at the office, David is working towards finishing his degree in Accounting, playing pickleball and cheering on his favorite Liverpool Soccer team.

Heather Fitzgerald, LMT, is a wonderful, Virginia licensed and National Board certified massage therapist with over twenty years of experience. Heather offers 60 or 90 minute massages on Wednesdays 9 to 5

Heather offers various massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Vagus System, Touch for Health Kinesiology and Emotional Intelligence stress reduction techniques. Additionally, she has been trained in assessment, management, and prevention of neck pain, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and various other conditions.
